They immediately emailed me asking me to remove my negative remarks and they would refund the $10. I did remove them and still no refund...didn't happen. I was told that once it is settled, that there was no way to refund any more money. I said return it through PayPal and they said they didn't have my PayPal information, would I give it to them. That made no sense, I asked them just what information they needed...and never heard from them again.......so was not refunded the $10. Broken promises, beware... Now I'm going to be treasure to a meeting and get lots of change for donations for coffee etc..so ordered 2nd one to help roll the coin.
